Project News

In 2014, Independent Environmental Consultancy (IEC) were engaged as  the consulting Noise & Vibration Engineers for the  urgent Coastal Protection Scheme at Lowestoft Beach. The works were particularly sensitive due to the necessity to carry out night-time rock delivery in close proximity to residential receptors. Following the successful application of a detailed Noise & Vibration Mitigation Strategy, IEC will be consulting on the Phase 2 operations with the main contractor and Waveney District Council in 2015.
