Industrial noise has the potential to be a problem on two levels. Firstly, the impact on nearby residents and secondly, employees working within the facilities.

Our experience of industrial noise control covers new developments and troubleshooting existing developments. In cases where complaints from local residents have arisen, significant restrictions on operations have been implemented if the local authority takes noise nuisance action.

Noise and vibration is included within the Integrated Pollution Prevention and Control (IPPC) Regulations. In order to gain a permit, industrial premises must be assessed on their impact on nearby residents.
