    IEC has the capability to undertake environmental noise & vibration impact assessments for a wide range of proposed and existing developments. The majority of assessments undertaken by IEC tend to be at the planning application stage. We have gained excellent time management skills over the years and are renowned for meeting deadlines for planning application submission.

     

    As well as noise generated by the development itself and the construction programme, secondary effects such as associated increased traffic flows may be included.
